How long will my order take? Your tee is printed fresh just for you. We're not sitting on a pile of pre-made shirts in a warehouse. Orders typically take 2-5 business days to fulfill, then shipping on top of that:
- USA: 3-4 business days
- International: 5-20 business days
So all in, expect your order within 5-10 business days for US customers, a little longer if you're overseas. Worth the wait, just like your mom!
How do I track my order? You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Check your spam folder if it doesn't show up. We promise we sent it, your email provider is just being cheeky.
What's your return policy? Since every item is made to order just for you, we don't accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, so please check the size guide on each product before ordering. No one wants that awkward conversation.
That said, if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or just plain wrong, we'll make it right. Email us at info@cheekywear.store within 30 days with your order number and a photo and we'll sort it out.
Do you offer refunds? Refunds are available for damaged or incorrect items only. We're not monsters. If we messed up, we'll fix it. Scouts honor!
I put in the wrong address. Help! Don't panic! Get in touch ASAP at info@cheekywear.store. If your order hasn't gone to print yet we may be able to catch it. Once it's fulfilled we can't redirect it, so double-check that address before you hit order. We'd hate for a stranger to get your tee and not appreciate the humor.
My order is late. Where is it? First, check your tracking link. Then check with your local post office. Sometimes parcels hang out there waiting to be collected, much like us on a Friday afternoon. If it's well past the estimated delivery date, drop us a line and we'll put our best AI bot on the case.
What about international customs fees? Orders shipped outside the US may be subject to customs or import fees depending on your country. These are unfortunately the responsibility of the recipient and out of our hands. Blame the taxman, not us!
How should I wash my shirt? Turn it inside out, cold wash, tumble dry low. Treat it well and it'll last. Iron inside out if needed and never iron directly on the print. Your tee deserves better than that.
